It's the time to take your vitamins right from the bushes of plants! Or at least the market shelves where you can find locally grown fruits and veggies - a fresh supply of a number of vitamins and elements. It's already August and hight time to fuel your body with available harvest of fruits.
- Mint - few leaves
- Yogurt - 75ml
- Desiccated coconut
Chop all the fruits and collect into a bowl. Chop mint leaves and decorate the fruits. Add yogurt with honey to your fruits, sprinkle with coconut and lavender. Take a moment away from all e-devices and enjoy YOUR time!
