What's the status of my order?
If you want to check your order's status, please log into your account and view your order's status and tracking. If you do not have an account with us, send your order ID to email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
It depends on the status of your order. If the need occurred, send us an e-mail as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. If it is impossible to cancel your order, we will go through a return process.
How do I know what size I am?
We suggest you have a look at the size chart on this website, which has references to body measurements. We also included international sizing charts used in different parts of the world, so it is easier for you to choose the right size for you. Currently we produce skirts in sizes XS to L.
The style/size/colour is out of stock, can I place a pre-order?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will double check for you if it is possible to make a pre-order.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we do publish our discount codes on our Instagram account @enso.london. Keep an eye on the latest posts to have a great skirt deal!
How do I return purchased items?
We will be happy to accept skirts back, if they are unworn, unwashed, still have the original tags and are returned within 15 days after you received your order. See a return and refunds policy here.
You can pay with major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as use PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Do you store my credit card information?
You purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as it is needed to complete your purchase transaction. After it is completed, transaction information is deleted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship domestically within the United Kingdom, as well as almost to all other destinations worldwide.
Do I have to pay custom duties and/or taxes?
It is important for you to check it beforehand, as the Customs policies vary from country to country. Our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and we are required by law to state a full value of your order for customs purposes. You may have to pay custom duties and/or taxes.
