We understand that sometimes shopping online might be difficult and you would like to make a return or exchange. For this reason we created an easy return and refund policy to keep you happy.
You can return the item you bought. Before sending your order back, please contact us at email: email@example.com.
We will be happy to provide you a refund if all of the following applies to you:
- Skirt is in a perfect condition, meaning it was not worn, washed and still has all original tags attached;
- It is done within 15 days since you received your order.
Bear in mind that you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If there's a need to exchange a skirt for the same item in another size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
